Professional Journey:

Janel's passion for real estate began over a decade ago in 2014. She honed her skills and built a 

strong foundation for her future success. Her dedication was recognized with a license advancement 

to Real Estate Broker Associate in May 2018.

Always striving for excellence, Janel continued her journey at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate 

Paramount (April 2019 - present). She first held the position of Real Estate Managing Broker, 

before taking ownership and becoming a Broker in February 2022.

Throughout her career, Janel has consistently impressed clients and achieved outstanding results.

Leadership and Community Involvement:

Janel's commitment to uplifting her community extends far beyond her professional endeavors. As the 

Founder & CEO of the United Oklahoma Association of Realtists®, she has spearheaded initiatives to 

empower real estate professionals and advocate for civil rights and social action.

Her leadership roles further exemplify her dedication to community service. Serving as President of 

the Edmond Board Of Realtors since January 2024 and Treasurer of the United Oklahoma Association of 

Realtists® since the same year, Janel plays a pivotal role in shaping the real estate landscape and 

promoting diversity and inclusion within the industry.

Moreover, her tenure as President of MLSOK Inc in 2023 and President of the United Oklahoma 

Association of Realtists® in 2021 underscores her visionary leadership and

strategic acumen.

Janel's commitment to community service extends beyond the real estate sector. As

President of the Neighborhood Homeowners Association from January 2016 to November 2018 and Vice 

President of the Neighborhood HOA from June 2015 to January 2016, she actively contributed to 

enhancing the quality of life in her neighborhood and championing animal welfare causes.

Education and Certification:

Janel brings a strong educational background to her work, holding a Master of Business 

Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Oklahoma City University. She also 

attended Dillard University. Her well-rounded education and experience allow her to provide her 

clients with insightful and strategic guidance throughout the real estate journey.

development. As a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designee and holder of certifications such as At
